can't login to Cpanel or site.

Things were working this AM, now they are not, have I totally screwed something up or is there something else going on here.



FTP is still working for me but cPanel and the site are both out.

My site is http://rothesayhigh.x10hosting.com/
Edit:
OK.. so I can't access it from within my workplace network, but I can from outside... Does this mean that my IP has been firewalled? Wierd, because it was working fine this AM.

Try using a proxy, Your job or where ever you work might have blocked the IP or URL of your site...

Also, try to ask Cory to add your IP to the firewall... That might be the problem.

If you are trying to access it from work, it's quite possible that your Company doesn't allow certain connections outside there network, most workplaces block alot of things on there firewalls to prevent employees doing things they shouldn't be, thats probably why you can't access it at work, and there is probably no way they will allow you to access it even if you ask them, the only way to access it at work would be a proxy, but knowing most workplaces, they have blocked proxies too. :p

I need some help. Is the DNS server still down? or reloading or such? my website is troubleshooter.x10hosting.com login name mrq1. I cannot access ftp, cpanel, website, or anything?

Since I have a dynamic IP, if I pm Corey with it won't the firewall continue to block me if it changes again? (if this is the issue)

It should come back up soon, however if it's a firewall problem, then no, he can add a wildcard entry, such as 123.123.*.*, and so on.. to allow all of your ISP's IP addresses access to it if needed, but I doubt this is the case.

OK.. thanks for the help so far... I think it might just be at Corey's end though. (At least, that's what I'm hoping) since I don't get the message that I usually get at sites that are blocked. I'm just getting the generic "The page cannot be displayed" error. But it works fine from home or from my wife's place of work...
Plus, it was working this AM from work, which is sorta wierd. I've pm'd Corey... hopefully it's just the firewall.

Ok, well.. good luck with it. It may just be because of server load issues.

please help! ive got the same problem, i cant access to my cPanel nor to my site from home, but i can from the outside, and just like you darren i keep getting that 'the page cannot be displayed blablablah' error :s ... so could someone tell me whts this all about and how can i fix it... plz?! O_O

If it's any help to anyone, I was up yesterday until 10:55 AM EST, then down for the rest of the day from within my place of work. Outside of the network at work, the site was accessable all day, as far as I know. This morning (Wedsnesday) the site was up until around 1:45 EST. then down for the rest of the day. Always seems to work from home though.
Not being blocked at my end though... I get a "Websense... this site has been blocked" message when that happens.

Perhaps your works' ip is blocked on this end.. But, I doubt it. If so, Corey can help troubleshoot it with the firewall. He'll read this one later on sometime. Good luck with it.

I was in the middle of working on my site when it died. I can access the Cpanel, if I click an old link in the address bar.

However, when I try to type the direct address, it can't find the page. Also when I went into the old link and looked at my databases to make sure they were ok, they are both GONE! Blazer was kind enough to set it up for me yesterday, and now all the work is gone. Hopefully he will do it again.
