Can't login to cPanel & site says 'Domain Available'

Hi

I'm trying to log into my cPanel for my site which I have spent time setting up since yesterday. I've also just bought a domain for it.

Anyway, I can't login to cpanel and when I go to idlehandsonline.x10hosting.com - it says 'Domain Available'

Any ideas?
