can't login to cpanel, ticket not answered

I posted here for my main x10hosting page opening to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ while my account is active and unsuspended. The thread got closed and "escalated". No one ever answered!
Can't even ftp, open cpanel or delete my account to try remake a new one.

Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/ and login with forums username and password. There you can see your newly created ticket.

If you have backups of your website and just want to delete this account, Just reply back to this thread i will delete it. and then you can create a new one.

Yes that's what I've been talking about since yesterday, I know it's a new ticket, that's what I said in my post. So please delete the account if you can't fix it

By the way it's on Chopin as it seems (the link to cpanel sends here https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ ) and it doesn't work. I don't know if others are in the same situation...

Your system has a bug in it so your solution is to force the user to delete his account and start over?

OK, I was able to create a fresh hosting account on Stoli, upload various files, but when it comes to parking my own domain name I get an error from park wrapper telling me it is owned by another user...
