I've this ticket id HBZ-363671 open but i never had a response.
The problem is that i can't access to cpanel since the migration was started, about 3 weeks ago.
I cant' login to https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ (error wrong user-name/password ) and the dns A record is still pointing to the old ip address :74.63.233.25
Please , just tell me that somebody is looking at this issue and if i can do something to have my site working.
