Can't login to cPanel

Hi,

I cant log in to my control panel page http://ryansm.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
When I try to login, it shows a message "login attempt failed".
I even tried resetting my password and trying using new login details, but it's also showing the same message.

I can log in to my x10 hosting a/c using the x10hosting account login details.

Please help me to sole this problem.
