Your webpages are loading fine for me , A blue navigation bar on left and first page something like that.
Flush your DNS and try.
For Cpanel try the link that is mentioned in your Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

I tried, but can't login with the link you gave.

Since you can see my dumb web page but I can't, I think probably somehow the server blocked my IP, therefore I can't login to the cPanel of access the webpage, while leaving my ability to login to account and forum untouched.

I hope some tech staff can help me to resolve this issue. Or maybe after a few days my ATT DSL ip will change and I will be alive again.

Thanks for you reply.
I turn off the brower and then try to login again.

1. I can login to account panel, as well as this forum. everything seems perfect except a little bit slower than before (maybe it's my illusion)

2. If I click "login to cPanel" button, I will get be redirected to the address of:
https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
and the brower will show a timeout error (try chrome, IE8 and ff, nono of them worked)

3. As a support for 2. I tried to ping https://lotus.x10hosting.com , it is resolved as [69.162.115.253], and unreachable (Request time out)

4. And I can't open my webpage hero080.x10hosting.com. If I ping it, it's resolved as[69.175.120.10] and unreachable.

Do I need to flash my DNS now? In my understanding I need to reboot my home router? or is there any easier way to do it?
My computer is windows XP pro and the router is Asus with dd-wrt firmware.

I am able to see your site and as well as the cpanel login page.

flush the DNS and also reboot the home router both. And try again.

Now I'm sure it's not a problem of DNS.

I rebooted the router and it worked. However I try to ping hero080.x10hosting.com it is resolved as [69.175.120.10], which is exactly the same as before.

Then I tried to use ftp to access my account, it failed. As a result I can't login to cPanel or view my pages again.

In summary, when I use my account to try to access ftp service, it will fail and prevent me from logining to cPanel or viewing my pages, probably because my IP address was blocked.

again, I can't login to cPanel or view my pages. It could be a firewall problem. Does anyone know what should I do?
