Can't login to CPANEL

I've tried to login to the CPANEL today (your e-mail told me the server "can be accessed through our account panel or by using the following URL: https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083" , but it does not respond.

Try login to cpanel after updating your password from account panel http://x10hosting.com/control
