cant login to cpanel

1- i cant login to my cpanel (i have changed my password)
2-when cossacks moved ,my files was deleted and i have an vb forum i have taken a backup and i have transfered my files again but my forum doesnt work ! i lose all :frown::frown::frown:

Your account probably hasn't transferred fully..

Your database should be fine, but why did you re-transfer? I suggest you check the configs.

i re-transfert cause when i opened ftp ,i dont find the "vb" directory so i decided to re-transfer it

If I were you, I would of check with the forums and the status page before re-uploading files..

sorry for the distrub i'm so sorry ,,but now What should i do ????
now i have removed the "vb" folder and i'm waiting for the flly account transfer maybe it will appear again
