Can't login to cpanel

Hi my site is at http://sprintt.elementfx.com/ and when I go to the cpanel, my password won't work. I've even tried resetting it but I just get a blank page. Also, my account info says that I'm on fris but when I add :2083 to my site, I end up at a starka login page. What's going on?

You have been moved to Starka from Fris.

Try using

https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/

to log onto cPanel ( you might get a warning about the SSL certificate, which you can ignore ) OR

http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/

Going to your site, I see an empty directory. Are you missing files also?

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
