Can't login to Cpanel

Hello dear support,

I've two questions/problems:

First I was suspended +/- the 16 July and unsuspended today. But my website already show a 404 message :/ (and: "The page you requested is not available, please try again in a few minutes. Alternatively you can use the form below to find what you are looking for.")

Then I can't login to my Cpanel (login attempt fail) and I don't think it's a bad password, I tried everything. How can I recover my password (unless it's a technical problem?).

I'm on stoli and my username on this is benjizzz.
