cant login to cpanel

hi,

i am using ur service since long time.
but since a week,
i am not able to login to cpanel. even there is no option to get lost password.
pl do fix this as soon as possible

Then use this cPanel URL: http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/

sir still i am facing the same problem even after following the above things.
even ftp is nt wrking. plz help me
