Can't login to cPanel

I am unable to login to cPanel

Username: gult
Address:http://ajax.x10hosting.com:2082

Tried several times, but still not able to login.

cPanel is up on your server.
Can you access your website? Can you access http://stoli.x10hosting.com/ ?
Your firewall may be blocking the port 2082

I'm not sure if you're saying that you cannot get cPanel to load or that your account's credentials are not working. If your username/password are not letting you login, we can reset your password for you. Otherwise do what Fedlerner said above this post.
