Can't login to cPanel?

Hi,

I signed up to x10hosting today, and had a couple of odd occurences.
During sign up, when asked to choose a username, I put uncleramsay.
When I pressed submit, it said it must be 9 characters or less, so I changed it to uncleram - this submitted fine.

Later, when my account was confirmed, I tried to log into account management with 'uncleram' and my password. It didn't work :S.
Eventually I tried 'uncleramsay' with my password and I was in!
uncleramsay also works on this forum.

However, I cannot log in to cPanel with either uncleram or uncleramsay as the username - why is this?

Your cpanel username is uncleram

I am also noticing your url is still showing domain is available. This might be that your account has yet to update in the server.

Yes, I noticed that as well.
It's a bit annoying!

How long would it normally take for the server to be updated?

There had to have been an error somewhere. Depending what time you signed up we were shutting services on and off while preparing for a move.
