Can't login to cPanel

Using the provided information in the email, I've tried multiple times to login to my cPanel, and it doesn't work. I tried with both my forum id, and my account id, but both give me the unable to login id.

Is there a specific reason as to why? This hasn't happened before, so I'm not sure of the issue.

maybe your account is suspended.. check http://x10hosting.com/account not cpanel directly.

I know when I log into my cpanel I use the name and password that I signed up for the account with. I do not use the forum name and password which is also the same you use to log into x10hosting main account.

Well I just tried again, I clicked to enter the cPanel, and it didnt even ask me to login, it just brought me directly to my control panel, so I don't entirely know whats up, but I think its fine now.
