Can't login to Cpanel?

Hi, it says enter your Cpanel username but my username and password is the same on the forums and main website? but it keeps saying '
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.' ?? can anyone help plz, many thanks.

Your cPanel user name and password aren't the same as your forum user name and password. They are different. You specify what you want as your cPanel user name and password when you sign up.
