I am having problems logging into Cpanel. It's really slow at loading the login page I sign in but before I can get to the Cpanel interface i get a Server Connection Timed out error. I am also having problems with FTP. When its also slow at logging in and keeps logging me out when I try to upload.

I just tried my FTP again I cannot login at all now
Edit: Cpanel is back online and working but im sill having problems with FTP I can login but it logs me out when I try to upload.
