Can't login to cPanel

I can't login to cPanel. I'm 100% positive I put in the right username and password. My x10Hosting username is Ene789 and my domain name is gamezone.x10hosting.com.

EDIT: I also just found out that I can't connect through FTP. I can only access my account on x10Hosting.com and my forums account.

Have you recently tried to change your primary domain?
Please check if it's working now. You many need to clear your cache & temporary files and make a flush of your DNS to be able to reach your website.
