can't login to cpanel

I have been unable to login to cpanel for a while now. I'm using the same username and password that I have for the forum but it doesn't work. Went back to original sign up emails and they show username and password same as forum but they don't work.
I can sign into the forum, but not cpanel. Thanks for any help.

Edit: I tried going here http://x10hosting.com/login to reset my password but it only lets me reset/change my forum password. The cpanel still won't let me login

My cpanel name is same as my forum name, jimmytop. And I come to the forums almost daily.
