Can't login to cPanel

I have unsuspended acc but i cannot login to my ftp or cpanel. Whats going on?

I was working fine up until today. I only got the problem after changing my cpanel password. I changed it and I'm 100% sure I know I got it correct because you have to enter it twice. I logged out and then tried to login straight away again and it's having none of it. and the password reset option is a waste of time.

If you are still getting this error then follow this, i got the same problem and had to come up with a fix myself.

go to x10hosting.com

login to your account there.

you will see a password change for your account.


change it.

...should reset cpanel back to whatever you changed it to.
