Can't Login to cPanel?

Hi!

I have just made a Hosting Account BUT! I can't login to the cPanel!

My Account is ready, I am using the right username & Password.

I have laready made a Support ticket about this but It didn't resolve my issue.

Please can anyone help?

I am on the Chopin Server

the login and password is different between the accounts panel/forums and for the cpanel, make sure you are using the right one

I am using the right details, I was told so by Ashley (the tech).

So, any other ideas?

If it didn't answer your question why not try again there. If it's actually a "problem" with your account we can't do anything about it.

My suggestion would be to wait 24 hours for things to go through and catch up in essence and if you still can't get in then contact support again.

I read somewhere that you need to wait up to 24 hours after you create the account in order to access.

When I first signed up, I uploaded files right away, but then it started erroring out. Waiting the 24 hours resolved the issue and i was able to do cPanel, create a db and upload files

I'm on the Chopin server as well and haven't been able to access the cPanel this morning. I was able to upload to it earlier today, but not for a while. I'll give it a while before I contact support, I'm sure its nothing.

My site and the cPanel has been unavailable all day... Can connect with ftp and webdisk though...

I cannot access my cpanel or website on the chopin server either. Earlier this morning my website was timing out and giving page load errors a lot. Now the cpanel login page doesn't load. Is the whole server down?
