can't login to FTP?

hi guys,

Is there something wrong with the FTP server this morning?, I can't log in at all... my ftp client is saying "FTP Host not found". I have checked all the details are correct and they are, I have reset the password etc... but nothing works. When I checked the server status through c-panel it said ftpd was down but now it's showing up yet I still can't log in.

any information or help would be appreciated....

Yeap, not just you. I reported it myself this morning. They are pretty good at resolving once they know about the matter.
