Can't Login to Lotus cPanel

I've tried to log in to my cPanel several times since yesterday, but it just didn't work.
It said "This web page is not available." and I got such message error: "Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out."

I've tried to clear my cache and also logged in with another browser, but still I didn't work.

My web-page is working and I can connect through FTP. I just got problem with the CPanel.

Could you give me any assistance?

I can load http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 fine.

When do you get the message? After logging in or just loading the login?

What cPanel URL are you using?

I can load that without errors too.

Try logging in without the HTTPS at http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 and then try http://lotus.x10hosting.com/cpanel and http://-yourdomainname-:2082

If you still can't load, that might be the case. If so, try loading it at http://www.hidemyass.com (Proxy).

Sorry for not replying, I tried to restart my comp and the windows update took me a while.

Btw, I've tried all of the above URL, and I still got the same problem.
I tried to log in through http://www.hidemyass.com, and it just simply said "Login Attempted Failed"
