Can't login to my account or cpanel

Hello, I just created an account and after the confirmation e-mail, I tried login in and it said :

An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.

I have seen that other people had the same problem and their account was deleted to create a new one.

For login in your account (x10hosting.com/account), it's with your forum user and password
The other user is for the cpanel http://yourdomain.com:2082
