Perhaps I am out of luck. But I too just noticed that my webpage reads "Apache is functioning normally". I don't recall any info about purging an account, and me relying on a suspension email was a bad call on my part. At one point i had a paid subscription to avoid the logging in, and should have looked into renewing when that stopped, i don't recall canceling but it was ages ago. Hindsight i guess.

However when i try to login in it reads

"Sign in Successful

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"(retry has a link to login)

Potentially the website has been purged and lost, i may have a backup somewhere somehow, but did my account also get purged? Do i need to re-register? I'm by far not a professional web developer, so im not exactly sure the process to get it back up and running, however if i can restore the webpage(me manually or you awesomeness) i would certainly be interested in resubscribing that service. I have enjoyed the webhosting over the years.

Sorry and Thank you in advance.

Between December 1st and today you did not login to the account once, this lead it to be marked as inactive and purged in early March. The automated suspension system is halted during our maintenance, the log requirement has always been there however, so in early January the account would have been eligible for a suspension, and then 21 days later, second half of February it would have been terminated by the automated system.

Due to this being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

I really do appreciate the timely response, as well as the extension of policies. I realize its on me, and its Super awesome cool that you have restored it all with no real input from me. Site restored, login capable,

I am not trying to push blame at all,i have a suggestion, as the process of determining the purge occurred, wasn't straight forward. Currently if someone(myself included) were to view their site and see a blank template page, concerned and attempt to login, it reads

"We are currently performing migrations and maintenance on our backend systems, logging into the system may periodically be impacted. Please read https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-migration-to-directadmin.206877/ for more information."

The thread title doesnt mention a purge, and the error message says login might be effected. At least my brain came to the conclusion,"its just maintenance it will be back(they are pretty good about these things) and login isnt possible, come back later." Again not a real complaint and not blame, a little missleading(at least for me).

I don't see a Solved Button. Thanks for the work and courtesy, Its the main reason i've always been happy with your services, good support, good price, easy enough to use for an ammeter like me, and you watch my butt too.

The maintenance is not completed, implementation of the new backed was delayed, in part due to the Coronavirus (it leaves less time for actually monitoring of the signups to see if we need to alter anything to prevent scammers from being able to sign up).

In the thread however there is a post from February saying that all accounts are migrated and to let us know if there are login problems as those can often be a sign that something went wrong, there has been a few accounts that came out broken so we had to re-transfer them.

Maybe we should have put a note in about the purge (but it would have happened just the same with the automated system in place), but since the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days we assumed people would login to keep the account active if they intended to keep using the account as that's what they agreed on. Only logins on the panel counts and it is not required to move forward to DirectAdmin.

There may still be login issues that can come up when the new backend is deployed, but any login issues that persists more then 48 hours would in my opinion warrant asking for support.
