Cant login to my Ftp....

I am and have been using Cuteftp to upload my site files to my ftp account and now today I went to upload a avatar photo and it wouldnt let me login!

I tried making a second ftp account in the cpanel but I cant login with that one either!

Is it due to the site/server upgrades being done here?

Make sure the IP address you have put to login is:
75.126.223.196

??? Im using Cuteftp...theres no place to put a ip...im not using my browser.
Its always worked b4 Corey had to update...so maybe its bc of that?

Anyway I tried the ftp progs in the cpanel w/ the same result

I use the ftp address stated to use in my cpanel which has always worked up until today.

What connection details are you using in CuteFTP?

FTP: ftp.zeroworld.pcriot.com

username:******

Port:21
Login: Normal
Type:ASCII (Global Default)

Ive always used these settings since I started up with you guys...now all of a sudden it stopped working!

Instead of using ftp.zeroworld.com try using the IP fedlerner mentioned. That won't rely on DNS (which seeing as x10 is moving that around) might be the cause of your problem.

Ok ill do it but that was what I was trying to figure out...if it stopped bc of the site move....thanks!

UPDATE:

Now its telling me the file/folder cant be found!

Its ok its probably bc the site update. I will just wait I dont really need ftp access right now.
The main files are there that I need to work with and the ads I already added by hotlinking.

You can still edit files with cPanel FileManager if you need it urgent.
