Can't Login to new account

I registered with X10Hosting yesterday and got the "Account Created" email, but I can't login. I received both the first "Confirmation" email and then the second "Account Created" email later in the day. Whenever I try to login to my account on the X10Hosting main site it says "The username specified does not exist", even though I have the email saying it does...

My account name is "recadmin". Please help.
