can't login to Stoli cPanel

I've submit a ticket 3 days ago but don't get any response, so I decide to submit again!

Hi, I can't login to cPanel with my account for many days

my domain is twit.cz.cc, hosted in Stoli server, but right now i can't access my website and can't login to cPanel.

the NS server of domain twit.cz.cc is already configured to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com
but when I use nslookup to check the IP, it's not the same as Stoli server.

Pinging stoli.x10hosting.com [74.63.233.27]
Pinging twit.cz.cc [69.162.76.170]

btw, the Stoli cPanel login page(http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082) is not the same as before, and i can't login with my user name & password.


pls help to check.

WHY?????

i've seen that the Stoli server's migration is 100% complete, but why i sill can't log in to cpanle for over a week?!!!

I submit a ticket for over 5 days, but NO body give me a feedback...

what a bad service...

can anyone come to give me a word?

The servers are down for maintenance at the moment. cPanel, Apache and PHP are being updated.

Sorry about the delay but at certain times during the day the forums aren't too active. We try to get to everyone as fast as possible though!
