can't login to support centre

Hi,

I was given my password to access the status of my ticket ID via email. Yet when i try to login using the password given it shows as:
Invalid Username or Password

I have tried several times logging in with the email and password given but no joy.
The username i tried using email address, and forum username aswell. Didn't work.

Can you send new password please

Now there is no tickets submitted. I am sure 2 tickets were submitted by admin for me to look into as i have managed to upload files. Can you confirm if admin restored the zip files or was it done on my end as i left the computer on all night to upload files.

Now i have setup mysql database as ata_ata but when i go into my domain hosting
http://ata.x10hosting.com/. the website does not come up. Any clues?

The tickets you submit are first rerouted to these forums until they are deemed worthy of staff escalation. Could you describe what problem you were originally having when you submitted your two tickets?
