Can't login to the cPanel

Hey , I want to log in cPanel , but it keeps telling me login fail , I considered that the username is the e-mail , right?

Use the Username of shaikha for cPanel, and whatever password you set up cPanel with. Should you still be unable to log into it, let us know.
