After the recent cPanel upgrade, if I go to https://soultosoul.net:2096 I get a new webmail login screen (attached). It is prompting for a "security check" but it won't let me enter anything in that field. It says "domain / ckey mismatch". When I click Login to cPanel, it says "Please re-enter a valid challenge response." I have tried using all of my e-mail addresses and my cPanel login, all to no avail.If I go to https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&u= and click the login to cPanel button, I can login to cPanel and access webmail that way. In fact, when I go in that way, I get the old webmail login screen. Unfortunately, that won't work for all of my e-mail addresses because they are used by people other than me who are not privy to my cPanel login.
My main domain is soultosoul.net on Stoli. I clicked Support on https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&u= and entered a ticket there, but wasn't sure if it would go through and maybe I need to enter it here. Sorry if this is a duplicate.
