I posted this in support and now it is closed but my problem still exists. I have changed my password but that did not resolve the problem.
Here is the issue. Please help. If you are going to close the thread, please respond to me and tell me why.
After the recent cPanel upgrade, if I go to https://soultosoul.net:2096 I get a new webmail login screen. It is prompting for a "security check" but it won't let me enter anything in that field. It says "domain / ckey mismatch". When I click Login to cPanel, it says "Please re-enter a valid challenge response." I have tried using all of my e-mail addresses and my cPanel login, all to no avail.
My main domain is soultosoul.net on Stoli.
