Can't login to x10 home page or cpanel

I cannot login to cPanel nor the homepage of X10Hosting...

I think I got my account suspended because we need to login once in every 2 weeks to keep account active, which I wasn't able to because I was busy.

When I tried to login to my cPanel, it says "login attempt failed".

Domain: hooks-pc.com
