Probably about 2 weeks ago (now).. I'm aware of the 2-week inactivity policy and I've been pretty diligent to log in at least once a week or thereabouts. But I've not been able to log in since last week.

Dont worry, X10hosting is doing their best. Alot of people including me have the same problem, If your site is suspended you can reactivate it.

your account was on the server that was being taken down, so you need to post in the news thread: http://www.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=11489 to get your account back up on the other server.

OK, I did that, and my site came up. I just cant log into ftp or cpanel. I put in a password reset request but noone replied. I dont want to be a pain but i have to do something important on my site.

Well, it's been weeks now and nothing's still working. I posted on the other thread as suggested, I see people coming back saying their accounts are up, but mine's still down. Much as I appreciate the efforts of the admin(s), this is getting really frustrating...
