Can't Login

Hello,

Yesterday i made an account on x10hosting free account,
and i got 2 emails:

Welcome to x10hosting Forums

and

x10hosting New Account Confirmation

i activated my account and logged in
and it said my forums account was active and my hosting account was processing.

And today i tryed to login and it said:

Invalid email address or password supplied.

then i clciked forgot password, and enteredmy email (UnitedGameZone@europe.com)

and it said:

The email address supplied is not registered with us.

Can you help me please?
