I've registered on x10 quite some time ago, and I've read somewhere that I have to log in on forums at least once every 14 days in order to maintain my website. But, well, I haven't done that. Now when I try to login on http://x10hosting.com/home, I get this message:
"In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!"
Then I enter my username (mishad7), but I get a message saying:
"The hosting username you specified does not exist."
Can some1 tell me what to do?
