Can't login

Ok I just signed I got my email saying this, but when I login it says "The username specified does not exist."
Whats the deal here?

Ok I can login on the front page but I can't login into the cpanel.

Are you sure you correctly typed the cpanel username and password? if yes i think this should be moved to level two.

when you click the verify link do you get that message because when i signed up io got that message and my site works fine

No I am a old user I am suscribed from December and I was enter on my site until the cossac server down and know that is up I am not able to login because says Login Attempt Failed! and I did not change anything
