Can't move smf to this web host

I got this:

when trying to upload my smf fourms to this site. I uploaded the database and the files already and used repair_settings.php smf told me to try using.

Btw, I do have level 2 php. I asked for it.

Once accepted, it takes 6-12 hrs for the upgrade to actually occur.

Ah, it works now thanks.

but now i had alt codes, and the stuff with alt codes in it don't show up.

like the display names have alt codes. anyhelp?

Ah, i could have yesterday but I put the alt codes back manually.
