Can't not create mysql database on my Cpanel

Althought i get full mysql control with my account, i can't create database via it. When i create new database, system rely me right (Create MySQL database. Added the database tydaikho_vnsx.) but no database is created succesful... Pls help me. Thank you...

Today, i can create mysql data but can't connect to data. Everything is ok like localhost, data name, data user ... it seems, our server still gets bug ...

cPanel --> Remote MySQL

The list of Remote Hosts should look something like:

10.33.248.%
10.33.249.2
192.168.1.%
int.boru.x10hosting.com
int.mysql.x10hosting.com

were the one with 'boru' has your server name instead.
