Help! I Can't open the cPanel of my website! You can still open your cPanel even when your server is still down fore testing, right? Why can't I? Please, help me... Our client urgently needs to update the website.

I have tried that link, but still, I can't log-in to my cPanel. What's wrong? I know the password and username, but why can't I visit my cPanel? What should I do?

Have you tried to RESET your password? Logout from your account, click on "I forgot my password" and follow the instructions.

I did what you have told me, sir. I've modified my password and currently waiting for it to be completely updated. My password for the forum had changed, but I guess the password for my cPanel is still pending for changes.
