CAN'T OPEN cPANEL

So, I have a free basic account for many years now, I'm trying to open the cPanel.

This is what I get, see 2 images

what can I do to get into the cPanel?

That's the x10Hosting Basic theme. It's a little bit more n00b-friendly than the standard x3 theme, which can be just an intimidating cluster of unexplained icons to someone who just wants to put up cat pictures. Just go to the "Switch Theme" item in the menu bar to switch to the "normal" x3 theme.
