Can't open my website; can't login to cPanel or change its password;

I can't open my website, browser says "The connection has timed out".
I can login to the "Account Management" i.e. https://x10hosting.com/control/
There my account's status is "Unsuspended".
When I tried to open "cPanel" from there, I get "Login Attempt Failed!"
and when I try to change the password I get this on Hosting Account Actions
