Good evening !

In Parked Domains in cPanel the table shows:
No Parked Domains are present
Then when I try to add "cobus.fr" (that is registered at Gandi.net)
There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: cobus.fr is already configured.

However "cobus.fr" shows up in the create subdomain dropdown box in Subdomains along side with "cobus.x10hosting.com". I could create a subdomain called photographie. Maybe it's got a problem too ?

What can I do ?

Thank you in advance.

Have a nice evening !

Thanks for the quick reply !

No. It isn't set as a addon domain. Should it be ?
Edit:
Update : Gandi.net (my registrar) refused your DNS data :
ns1.x10hosting.com. 208.43.202.204
ns2.x10hosting.com. 67.228.168.189
because IP addresses do not match the server name. ZoneCheck failed.

What should I do ?

Is that related to the parking problems ?

Thank you !

I suggest contacting your registrar and ask them to set the nameservers.

Good afternoon !

My registrar refused your dns because ZoneCheck tests failed.

The ZoneCheck program performs several tests on your zone (ie: domain) to ensure that it is correctly configured and can be safely delegated, providing a certain quality to your domain

You can perform the tests here : http://www.zonecheck.fr/zonecheck/form.html.en

Sometimes the tests end with a success (but with many warnings !) ; sometimes the tests fail with a Mail error (Unexpected closing of connection).

I guess, it would be wise to correct the unexpected closings of connection and the warnings (among which "Reverse for the nameserver IP address doesn't match" !).

Thanks !

Cobus.

Hi !

My registrar accepted your DNS data : after several attempts, ZoneCheck tests succeeded. :)
It would still be worth correcting the warnings, though.

And I still got the original problem : I can't park my domain, cPanel says it's "already configured".

Re: Can't park domain, cPanel now says it's "owned by another user"

I still got the original problem : I can't park my domain, cPanel says it's "already configured".

Things are evolving : now cPanel says
Error from park wrapper: cobus.fr is owned by another user.

I hope you'll find a quick fix : I have been waiting for 6 days, now... :sadwavey:

Have a nice day !

I've fixed the issue and parked the domain for you.
Sorry for the late response.

Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.

ZoneCheck fatal error : "Loopback is not resolvable"

Thank you for your help !
cPanel now works OK.

But I must admit that after more than a week with an unresolved situation, I thought about changing host, and went back to my registrar's DNS.

Now that cPanel is rocking again, I want to change the DNS again to x10hosting.
But the ZoneCheck test performed by my registrar fails and prevents your DNS from being used.

The fatal error is "Loopback is not resolvable".

Can you please correct this ?

If you also have the opportunity to fix the warnings too, I guess it would be even better.

Anyway thanks for your assistance !
