can't place the Banner Ad on a simple HTML page

i can't figure out why the X10 banner ad won't show up.
i placed the java script ad in the <head> of the page and it keeps not showing.
help to figure out some solution or give a link to the ad picture and the link.
i have a corporate hosting plan

All the content that is displayed on your website (including the ads) should be placed on the BODY, between the <body> & </body> tags.
