Can't publish from frontpage

I can't publish my site from frontpage 2002. My frontpage Extensions are installed. It asked me to create a new web on the sever so i said yes and it comes up with this error. it works in a ftp app



unable to open 'http://flamedash.co.cc". psssible cause:
1. the web sever may not have frontpage sever Extensions installed
2. the web sever may be temporarily out of service
3. if connecting through a proxy sever, the proxy settings may be in correct
4. an error may have occurred in the web sever

What are the ftp settings you use in Frontpage? Please list them here WITHOUT THE PASSWORD. That way, we can determine if it's set up correctly or not.
