Can't put .bat or .cmd files in FTP server?

It gives me this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /filname.bat on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Even though Windows would typically run those files, the mod_security2 module is using a rule that disallows requests including file extensions such as the ones you had posted about.

If it is for users to download, you should stick them into an archive such as RAR or ZIP.

Hopefully the files are relevant to your site and not malicious.
