Cant recieve email on addon domain help

Hi to every one on my x10 sub domain i can send and recieve email, but on my addon domain i cant recieve emails i setup a email and had done tests from hotmail and gmail and no luck still cant recieve email, here is the email i setup info@madreadmirable.tk the .tk is just for testing the site and i have run .tk on other hosting providers and it works well so i know that its not the .tk dns maby some one has the same issue or maby you have solved it any advice would be apreachiated.

Sorry i gave you the wrong info. Be sure when you setup the addon domain in your cPanel that the following conditions are met:

1- correct dns for the addon domain
2- addon domain created in cPanel
3- email account for that addon domain is created in cPanel
4- it can take from 24 to 48 to work so be patient.

If those conditions are met, post back and i'll escalate your post as a ticket.
