Cant register

Basically, i have a hosting account which me and a friend have been testing our stuff and figured we want a new domain, so i made a new email and stuff, and i went to register, it said the domain wasn't taken, so i went forward for registration then suddenly it said it's not available anymore, so it said pick a new one, i clicked the link and i got an error, "we have detected you've already registered today", so it's now tomorrow, and i am still receiving the same error.

Any help?

have you checked your mail? to the email you registered with?

Yes, i have a "signup successful" email, and aslo the confirmation email, yes i have clicked the link, when i sign into the control panel i get this error
"Unfortunately it seems that the domain name entered during your sign up is no longer available.
-domain name-
You will need to sign up for a new domain name. You will not need to create a new account or confirm your email address again
-button-"

I click the button, and choose a new domain and it says this.
"Unfortunately we're cannot accept your sign up.
The reason for this is included below.
Reason
We've detected that you've already signed up for an account today.
Please try again at a later time."

I had that error yesterday, and i tried today again and i receive the same error.
