Can't remove parked domain

I can't remove parked domain, it says "Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain *****".

Could you remove it ?

Another question:

I have created a subdomain: bla.blabla.blablabla, so can i points a parked domain blabla.bla to bla.blabla.blablabla sorry for much "bla"
