Can't reply to post, why?

I was trying to reply to a post and got this message.

What forum were you trying to reply to?
Only users with higher post counts and higher ranks can reply to posts in free hosting support area.
This policy was implemented to prevent thread hijacking and other issues.
You should be able to reply to posts in most other areas of the forums.
