Can't reset password - An error has occurred processing your request.

Hi,

I have forgotten my password and am trying to reset it. When I goto the forgot password page and enter my email id, I get the - "An error has occurred processing your request." message and no email is sent to me.

Please help in resetting this password.

The whole login and password part of x10 is having issues, Thats how he knows.
We are all having issues trying to login and trying to access accounts or reset passwords etc.
hold tight bud. they will suss it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we had an issue with users being able to log into their accounts and since has been fixed!
